An independent AI R&D lab presents

The man who hires digital employees

I build AI agents that do real jobs on a schedule, check their own work, and get measured like any other employee. This is the lab: who is on duty, what we are researching, and what ships next.

Reel 1 · The workforce

Nobody here takes a day off

Every agent below runs on its own schedule in the cloud, with a quality gate before anything goes out and a trace of every step. The goal is a hundred of them working together by the end of January.

    Reel 4 · The journey

From a farming village to a digital workforce

I build software that does real work. For more than ten years that has meant automation, data platforms and production systems. Today it means AI agents: digital employees that research, write, check and publish on their own, and enterprise agent programmes that cut years of delivery down to months.

I grew up in Komarapudi, a village near Nellore, in a family of farmers who did not have much. Education was the way forward, all the way to an MCA under Sri Venkateswara University.

My software career began in Hyderabad in 2010 with Python automation for semiconductor test data at MoSys, then Java, Spring and Hibernate platforms at Pyramid Softsol. At Virtusa I built Spark and Scala data pipelines on AWS EMR for a research-analytics company and an insurer.

Then came five years at Bank of America. I led SRE and DevOps work, then GenAI and automation for a 100–150 person organisation. I founded the prompt-engineering team, built a framework that automated 28,600 compliance reviews a year and saved around 14,300 engineer-hours, and collected 28 awards, including a Platinum award for GenAI leadership.

The question changed from "can AI help an engineer?" to "can AI do the job, reliably, every day?"

At ValueMomentum I answered it at scale: I built the reference agent and the agent factory behind a 20-agent incident-management programme, cutting a 2-year plan to 6 to 8 months. Today at Minfy I lead a team building agentic GenAI solutions on AWS, and alongside the day job I run this lab. The goal is 200 digital employees within a year, each one measured like any other colleague.

Teaching has run alongside all of it. I started as a trainer in 2004 and was an Assistant Professor before moving into industry, have trained more than 500 engineers, and run training groups in every company I join. The free courses on this site are that same habit.

    Experience

    1. Oct 2026 – presentHyderabad

      Minfy Now

      AI Developer – Lead

      • Lead a team of four engineers building agentic GenAI solutions on AWS Bedrock for AWS Marketplace.
      • Own the build: environments, scope, architecture and delivery of the first solutions.
    2. Aug 2026 – Oct 2026

      ValueMomentum

GenAI Solution Architect · AI Senior Lead

      • Designed the agent factory behind a client's 20-agent incident-management programme: a 2-year plan delivered in 6–8 months, with ~70–80% platform reuse.
      • Built the flagship root-cause-analysis agent on Copilot Studio: time to first answer from ~30 s to under 5 s, 1,506+ incidents per run, zero new infrastructure cost.
      • Brought CI, quality gates and a regression harness to low-code agents; continuous evaluation lifted answer consistency from ~25% to ~80%.
    3. Apr 2021 – Jul 2026

      Bank of America

      AVP · GenAI & Automation Lead · SRE/DevOps Lead

      • ~14,300 engineer-hours a year saved: a prompt-engineering framework that automated 28,600+ compliance reviews a year at 4× throughput (40 → 10 minutes each).
      • Founded the prompt-engineering team and built a library of 10,000+ structured prompts; 100+ automations (20+ built, 80+ mentored across 8–10 teams).
      • Database health checks across 27 databases cut from 1.5 hours to 5–10 minutes; incident management and service restoration in critical windows.
      • Led Copilot adoption for a 100–150 person organisation; GenAI orchestration (LLMOps) with LangSmith and Galileo.
      • 28 awards in five years, including Platinum for GenAI leadership.
    4. Aug 2019 – Mar 2021

      Virtusa

      Senior Consultant

      • Spark and Scala data pipelines on AWS EMR for a research-analytics company: automated Hive ingestion, large-scale S3-to-HDFS migration.
      • Spark applications with JanusGraph and HBase for an insurer's disability-evaluation platform.
    5. Dec 2012 – Sep 2014

    Coming next

    Back the lab

Looking for partners, sponsors and early users for the next builds. Each one ships in public with measured results.

    • Agent swarm · a factory that turns a short spec into a working agent, and a shared board where 100 agents coordinate
    • Guardrails agent · interviews a team, then enforces their rules across every agent
    • Competition autopilot · finds AI competitions worldwide, builds entries, fixes its own failures
